The increasing demands and aspiration of human society has created a raising demand for good services. In the recent years due to the industrial revolution, the toxic substances being added to the environment and created problems to human life. During the past few years the discharge of toxic industrial wastes has also increased tremendously. The synthetic chemicals in agriculture, public health may contaminated by toxic pollutants. The inferences formulated in the present investigation have been under taken to evaluate the impact of inutero, lactational exposure to sodium arsenite on male reproductive system in mice. The plan of work includes the effects in first generation, tissue index, sperm parameters reproductive performance like histological studies of testes, gravimetric and biochemical parameters. The author is aware of the fact that more extensive and in-depth studies are required for a thorough understanding of the arsenic toxicity. However, the author feels the present study provides significant information based on findings on arsenic induced alterations in the liver, kidney and testes, steroidogenesis and FSH, LH and Testosterone of male mice arsenic toxicity.
