The main concept in our work to connect between the definitions of -open sets and - closed sets in the topological spaces with a new definition is called -open set . This new definition was used to define the properties of closure and interior of the sets and also to introduce a new concept the continuous, namely -continuous function, - open function and - closed function and have proved some theorems about these notion.
