This book examines the relationship between factors of job satisfaction and employees' turnover intention in a manufacturing company in Malaysia. The research findings indicated that the intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors had the significant positive contribution towards the employees' job satisfaction and negative relationship towards the turnover intention. The variables in term of intrinsic factors that had the major affect included work, task specialization, autonomy, feedback and recognition. Meanwhile variables in term of extrinsic factors that had the major contributing powers were the seniority, achievement, role ambiguity and role conflict, job security and compensation.
