Carys Jones is a senior lecturer in environmental planning in the School of Environment and Development and co-director of the EIA Centre (EIAC), University of Manchester. Mark Baker is a senior lecturer in planning policy and practice in the School of Environment and Development, University of Manchester. Jeremy Carter is a research associate in the School of Environment and Development, University of Manchester. Stephen Jay is a senior lecturer in environmental management at Sheffield Hallam University.
