In this book, the reader recognizes the concept and definition of SI, importance, its relation to other intelligence, components of SI, its medical, social, and psychological basis, theories of SI, as well as SI and stages of human growth, factors affecting SI, standards of SI, characteristics of individuals with SI, and the relation between SI and personality traits. In this book our interest in emphasizing on the Bio-psycho-social Model of SI. I hope if this book will study for students of the health colleges as it helps them a lot in how to deal with patients and develop a treatment plan appropriate for them.
