Yitao Tao, Ph.D, Professor of Economics. She is the Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of Shenzhen University, Director of the China Center for Special Economic Zones Research. Her Main research areas are history of economic thoughts, Western economics, and issues on China’s special economic zones. Her main academic books include “Review on China’s ancient economic thoughts” (China Economic Publishing House, 2000), “Economics as a way of life” (China Social Science Press, 2004), and “Study on economy and culture” (Metallurgical Industry Press, 2001).She edited various academic books, including “Evolution of western economics issues” (Central Translation Press, 2002), “On China’s contemporary Institution” (Heilongjiang Education Press, 1998), “History of China’s Special Economic Zones” (China Social Science Literature Press, 2008), and “Study on history of China’s Special Economic Zones”, which was listed as one of the 35 important books “Commemorating the 30th Year of Reform & Opening up”. It was established as “Chinese Academic Translation Project” sponsored by the Nation’s Social Science Foundation of China. It achieved the first-place prize in philosophy and social science, granted by Guangdong provincial government. In year 2010, she un
dertook the key research project sponsored by the Nation’s Social Science Foundation of China, “Study on Special Economic Zone and China’s Road”.
Zhiguo Lu, Ph.D, Professor of Economics, Vice Director of Economic College of Shenzhen University, The Outstanding College Teacher of Guangdong Province. His Main research areas are western economic theory, regional economics and development economics. He has published more than 40 academic papers, most of which are cited by Xinhua Digest, Paper Copies of Renmin University of China, CSSCI Journals and Xinhua Net. He has edited 10 academic books and textbooks. His ace medic achievement was rewarded the firs-place prize in philosophy and social science, granted by Guangdong provincial government.
