Bonnie Frederick is Professor of Spanish at Texas Christian University. She has published several books on women′s literature, and she is co–author, with Dr. Mosqueda, of Spanish for Animal Scientists and Food Animal Producers.

Juan Mosqueda is a Professor of Immunology, School of Veterinary Medicine, College of Natural Sciences, Autonomous University of Queretaro, Mexico.
