He has published articles and reviews in Music Theory Spectrum and Music Analysis, and in the edited volume Expressive Intersections in Brahms: Essays in Analysis and Meaning (Indiana University Press 2012). He is also editor of Music Theory Online, a journal of the Society for Music Theory.
