The researcher was born to Mr. and Mrs. Wali Muhammad at Bhowana (Chiniot). He did his graduation and master s in sociology from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is working as Lecturer in visiting (Sociology) in Govt.College of Science, wahdat road, Lahore (Pakistan).
