To meet the increasing demands of electrical energy, new thermal power generation units are required to be installed. Steam works as prime mover source in these plants. The water is heated, vaporized and then it spins the turbine to drive electrical generators. This arrangement increases the cost of electricity. It is also not an Eco-Friendly arrangement as it emits carbon dioxide. The cost effective solution for energy generation is the use of integrated power of utility source and renewable energy resources.
