Its use in teaching is growing now that inexpensive and powerful personal computers with simulation capabilities previously available only in specialized facilities are widely accessible to students. The main aim of developing this book has been to provide students with the basics of power electronics in a self-learning style and further motivate them to go deep into the subject by referring to books of higher levels.
