Silent Tomb is an adventure story about a Soviet submarine lost in Canadian waters and a terrorist plot to recover the nuclear weapon it carried for Saddam Hussein. The pace quickens as China sends agents to Canada to recover the weapon and Canadian Immigration mistakes them for drug smugglers. Confusion is increased when as part of a joint drug interdiction effort with the United States Canada notifies the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency. The plot thickens more when Israel agents learn of China's plan. Israel sends their agents to Canada instead of informing the U.S. authorities in hopes of using the information and weapon to further their political gains in America. The intrigue climaxes with everyone's worst nightmare.
