Jean Dorêa Mazangi Mwanza and Jean Claude Kupani Gisenge are all graduates in Public Law from the University of Kinshasa, currently assistants at the University of Kikwit, practising lawyers and legal advisors, authors of scientific works on the international scene, two important political and charismatic personalities.
