The concepts and methods of this monograph are adapted and implemented to address the consideration of structured levels for non-crystalline and intelligent materials at different stages of formation, influence of external factors (irradiation, temperature, bio-exchange with environment) and correlated examination of global environmental problems. The following issues also are analyzed: forecasting of materials for artificial intelligence and synergetic approach to their development; study of the ordered levels (scales of spatial and spatial-temporal ordering, time intervals of instabilities) and their application in cyber systems. Substantiation of the possibility for applying the approach in the study of natural sciences, taking into account the synergy between the various disciplines (identification of the integral fractal structure between mathematics, ecology, physics and others sciences) are presented. The monograph may be interesting both for specialists in the field of computer modeling, research of structured levels for the non-crystalline and intelligent materials, contribute to the formation of a new the areas of the research, as well for the general public of readers.
