Mobile networks are becoming increasingly important in the field of wireless communications. These networks offer interesting features (convenience of mobility, ubiquitous access to information, etc.), but unfortunately, they are limited in terms of resources (energy, processing, etc.). The fact that mobile networks often offer highly sensitive services makes security a paramount and essential consideration. However, due to resource limitations, developing security mechanisms is a challenge. As part of this work, we plan to propose an authentication protocol dedicated to mobile networks, based on key exchange, while taking into account the constraints associated with these networks (mobility, economical use of energy, etc.). The objective is to authenticate network nodes and distinguish intruder nodes using elliptic cryptography as a mechanism.
