This book is the result of a NATO Advanced Research Workshop which was held at Imperial College London in January 2009. It features contributions from a range of international experts covering topics related to the transport of hazardous materials, such as routeing and scheduling, risk assessment, security, and social and environmental exposure. There is also a broad look at the implications of climate change for transport.
