Dr. Tanveer Ahmad Tarray is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering , Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora , Kashmir , India . His area of interest includes: Survey Sampling, Applied Statistics, Operations Research , Probability Distributions. He has rich experience in teaching the graduate and postgraduate classes. Dr. Tarray received his P.G. (Statistics), B.Ed degree from the University of Kashmir, Srinagar and M.Phil , Ph.D. (Statistics) from Vikram University Ujjain , M.P. , India. He has published more than 45 quality research papers in national and international journals. He is also the Recipient of Young Scientist Award from M.P. Council of Science and Technology - India (2015).
