Gabriel Ignatow is an assistant professor of sociology at the
University of North Texas. He completed his Ph.D. in sociology
at Stanford University in 2003, and has taught at Stanford, at
Koç University in Turkey, and at Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
His research interests are in the areas of globalization and
cultural sociology.
