Sanchia Goonewardene qualified from Birmingham Medical School with Honours in Clinical Science and a BMedSc Degree in Medical Genetics and Molecular Medicine. She has 627 publications and has published 4 books. She is an Associate Member of EAU Guideslines Panel on Chronic Pelvic Pain. She is Section Editor for Urology with JORS, and on the Editorial Board of The World Journal of Urology. She is an Alumni of the Urology Foundation, and is on the working group of The International Continence Society Terminology Panel on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and also the Good Urodynamic Practice Panel. She is currently a Urology Spr with East of England Deanery.
Dr Karen Ventii is a Harvard-trained specialist in healthcare communications, with over 10 years of experience in oncology and urology. As a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University, she conducted independent research on evolving trends in continuing medical education, with the aim of diminishing the gap between evidence and practice.
David M Albala, MD is Chief of Urology at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, New York. He is considered a national and international authority in laparoscopic and robotic urological surgery and has been an active teacher in this area for over 20 years. His research and clinical interest have focused on robotic urologic surgery. In addition, other clinical interest includes minimally invasive treatments for benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and the use of fibrin sealants in surgery.
Declan Cahill is a Consultant Urologist based at the Royal Marsden Hospital. His focus is prostate cancer diagnostics and robotics. He was appointed to the Marsden in 2015 and previously worked at Guys and St Thomas Hospitals. He has operated on over 3000 prostates to date.
