Jubair, BasimBasim Jubair was born in 1984, Najaf-Iraq. He holds B.A. in English Language and Literature, and M.A. in English Language and Linguistics. He has taught classes of: composition, reading comprehension, English Phonology and Morphology. Presently, he is a lecturer and registrar of the department of English at the Islamic University College.
