This is the first complete edition of two demotic manuscripts from the early Roman period written in the distinctive Soknopaiu Nesos hand (Fayyum) and inscribed with religious texts. Papyrus Berlin P. 6750 describes the resurrection of Osiris, followed by the birth of Horus-the-son-of-Isis (Harpsenesis) inside the mammisi, and his accession to the throne. Papyrus Berlin P. 8765 contains litanies of names also attested in papyrus Berlin P. 6750. "
