He also serves as editor-in-chief of ASCE's Journal of Hydrologic Engineering. Sharad K. Jain, Ph.D., is a senior scientist and head of the Water Resources Systems Division of the National Institute of Hydrology in Roorkee, India. Aditya Tyagi, Ph.D., P.E., is a senior water resources engineer and technologist in the water business group of CH2M Hill.
