The Aliment are NOT what you think they may be in the first 2 story pages, I love it The Cambiare? I believe we have yet to learn the truth about these magnificent beings. The Devotee? 5 out of 5 stars A Fantasy Mystery This book is a fast pace book with lots of mystery and fantasy mixed together. I love the take on mystical creatures. The plots twist and turn leading you every which way wanting more...Can't wait for the next book in line. So much I wish to say but don't want to give anything away. If I hadn't enjoyed the characters, the fantasy culture-building, and the storyline so much, I wouldn't be nearly so disappointed that I now have to wait for the next installment to get back on board this wild and entertaining train ride, (or should I say plane ride?)...I very much recommend this book for its well-developed characters, (even the ones you may not like so much), and the twisty-turny storyline that keeps you surprised, and wanting to know what happens next...a real "page-turner" Cynthia Muratori, Avid Reader
