Chrysanthemum is a leading commercial crop grown for cut and loose flowers and also as a pot plant. Plant growth regulators are organic substances with important functions in regulating growth, and acting as inhibitors or stimulants, depending on its concentration and other intrinsic characteristics of the plant. Among the groups with the possibility of hormone use is exogenous gibberellins. Gibberellic acid (GA3) has been used to increase the length or height of plants, increase the number of flowers and induce flowering. It is a native of China. Vineeta Pahade born at Chhindwara. She is currently working in Development Organizer(Agri.) Aga Khan Rural Support Programmer India at Harda district of M.P.. She obtained M.Sc.(Horti.) from K.N.K. College of Horticulture, Mandsaur and worked on plant growth regulators of chrysanthemum. She has published papers in national repute journals.
