PMSM based on discrete Hall sensor is studied, and the national standard electric two-wheeled vehicle is taken as the practical application scenario to improve the operation effect and life of the low-cost controller from many aspects. Through a large number of previous research results and literature, we can understand the main problems existing in the research object and the functional needs in practical application scenarios. Aiming at the problem that Hall installation deviation leads to rotor estimation deviation of PMSM and affects motor operation efficiency, this book proposes a compensation method based on least square method. Aiming at the problem that Hall sensor is often damaged due to various factors, a new solution is put forward. Instead of relying on the complicated angle observer, a new 180 average velocity estimation method is adopted. Based on the new estimation method, the fault classification method is simplified, and a vector fault-tolerant control system based on Hall sensor is constructed. In order to keep the motor running, a dual-mode control system compatible with sensorless square wave control is proposed.
