Avoiding radar detection is of prime importance in several fields, especially, those in military technology. This work is devoted to coat (AL- Li) alloy with the reinforced polymeric material to absorb radar waves .this alloy has low density, high elastic modulus, high tensile strength good erosion resistance and good fatigue strength. Composite materials are made by three principle techniques, injection , spraying and compression. Jet technique was used to measure materials resistance to erosion polytetrafluroethylene was found the better than others . The main six alloys casted In this work are (A, B, C, D, E, F) (Ge) was added by (0.1%) to improve ductility. Other elements such a (Pb, Ti, Te ....) also add. Composite materials (A-W) make by adding fillers to matrices. Absorption coefficient for fillers and matrices was evaluated and measured alone or as a composite. Design of material has taken in to account due to it's importance in stealth technology. Dynamic and static radar cross section shapes studied in this work. comparison between them were one .the spherical , conical , cylindrical d parabolic shapes were the better in absorption than other cross section shapes.
