Valid meteorological data is required in order to assess the climate and make climate-related decisions. Data from automatic and semi-automatic weather stations must therefore undergo quality control. This paper deals with the quality control of data recorded at Lake Piburg between 2004 and 2012. The weather station measured temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, global radiation, wind speed, wind gusts and wind direction.
