Dr. Amjad Ali is an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the National Institute of Technology Patna, Bihar (India). He has more than 5 years of teaching and research experience. He has authored, co-authored and presented more than 30 research articles. His current research area includes HRM/ HRD, Organisational Behaviour & Positive Psychology.
