One of the relevant aspects to understand the level of satisfaction of the worker in his or her work environment is to analyze his or her daily behavior, and how much he or she is fulfilled in the organizational environment, because these are factors that constitute the professional and his or her point of view regarding the environment and the Quality of Life at work. Thus, the following problem arose: in what way is Quality of Life at Work interpreted by the employees of financial institutions in the city of Garanhuns? Knowing that this is a very busy public with many goals to meet daily, the present study seeks to analyze the perception of quality of life at work from the point of view of these employees. The methodology used was bibliographical in nature and, as a complement, a field study carried out with employees of financial institutions through a questionnaire. The data obtained indicates that there have been many changes over time, and that many improvements have occurred, however, Quality of Life has not yet reached the total level of satisfaction of the worker, because it is worth mentioning that it is a constant search that varies according to the perception of each one.
