Andreas Niedballa, born 1966 in Upper Silesia. Trained pipe fitter. 1988 - 1993 studied in the theological seminary of the Liebenzeller Mission. Since then in service as a community pastor in the Liebenzeller Community Association, at various places in Baden Württemberg.
