Prof. Andres Iglesias is a professor of Computer Science at the University of Cantabria, Santander, Spain, where he leads the "Computer Graphics & Artificial Intelligence" research group. He is also an invited/guest professor at Toho University, Funabashi, Japan. His publication profile includes more than 300 scientific papers, with journal papers in 33 categories of JCR, 15 books, and 4 patents. He has been chairman/organizer of +60 international events, the program committee of +250 international conferences, reviewer of +180 papers in JCR journals and +650 papers of international conferences, and associate editor/editorial board member of several international scientific journals. He has also been a project expert evaluator for the European Union (FP7, Horizon 2020) and for several national research agencies, including NSF (USA) and other public research agencies in Spain, Germany, Canada, Cyprus, Iceland, etc.
Prof. Jungpil Shin (Senior Member, IEEE) received a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Pusan National University, Korea, in 1990 and 1994, respectively. He received his Ph.D. in computer science and communication engineering from Kyushu University, Japan, in 1999, under a scholarship from the Japanese government (MEXT). He was an associate professor, a senior associate professor, and a full professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, the University of Aizu, Japan, in 1999, 2004, and 2019, respectively. He has co-authored more than 340 published papers for widely cited journals and conferences. His research interests include pattern recognition, image processing, computer vision, machine learning, human–computer interaction, non-touch interfaces, human gesture recognition, automatic control, Parkinson’s disease diagnosis, ADHD diagnosis, user authentication, machine intelligence, as well as handwriting analysis, recognition, and synthesis.
Mr. Bharat Patel is engaged as Hon. Secretary General of Knowledge Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As a business leader, he coordinates among the various verticals of the company and guides the company in securing growth amidst business challenges. He published many technical papers in reputed journals in the area of e-governance and IoT for agriculture. More than 3 decades of ambitious, goal-orientated, energetic, and highly skilled information technology leadership, he is an effective presenter with great interpersonal skills and a stout combination of both technological and business savoir-faire, experienced in collaborating with various parts of the international business. Dr. Amit Joshi is currently the director of Global Knowledge Research Foundation and also an entrepreneur and researcher who has completed his Master's and research in the areas of cloud computing and cryptography in medical imaging. Dr. Joshi has an experience of around ten years in academics and industry in prestigious organizations. Dr. Joshi is an active member of ACM, IEEE, CSI, AMIE, IACSIT, Singapore, IDES, ACEEE, NPA, and many other professional societies. Currently, Dr. Joshi is the international chair of InterYIT at the International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP, Austria). He has presented and published more than 50 papers in national and international journals/conferences of IEEE and ACM. Dr. Joshi has also edited more than 40 books which are published by Springer, ACM, and other reputed publishers.
