Theoretical and doctrinal studies of the Administrative Contract in Latin America should be increased. It is known that there is a lower percentage of theoretical research in relation to practical research, which corroborates the interest and dedication that the subject deserves. The relevance for some countries such as Cuba, which has ignored the figure of this contract since 1959, after following the guidance of socialism, has been shown. However, it has been demonstrated in practice that Russian scientists are currently taking up the subject and the courage of Russian researchers who in 1920 spoke of this important figure and in the 60's began to write about it. The event is a reference to increase research and proceeded to the foundation of: The International Association in Defense of the Administrative Contract, a YouTube channel, pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Web page all for the purpose of doing science and collaborating in the interest of increasing research, uniformity, and quality of administrative contracts.
