Kozlov Anatoliy Ivanovich is Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation, Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and advisor to the Rector of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is Professor of the Department “Technical Operation of Radiotechnical Equipment for Air Transport”. He is a scientific advisor and a scientific consultant and produced more than 70 candidates and doctors of science.
Romancheva Nina Ivanovna is Associate Professor, Cand.Sc. (engineering). He is Honorary Worker of higher vocational education of the RF. He is the Author of more than 150 scientific papers. He is Expert of the special section of Forum of Innovative Technologies of «Infospase-2014» (plugged the Government of Russian Federation in the list of key business events within the framework of leadthrough of science year Rossiya-ES). During many years, he was a leader and responsible performer of the row of research works on research of questions of construction of the computer systems and networks, including movable mobile complexes in the protected configuration.
Shatrakov Yuri Grigorievich is. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation, Laureate of State Prizes, and Academician of the Academy of Technological Sciences of the Russian Federation. He works in the field of “air navigation” since 1963 in the directions: ground and onboard systems of radio navigation, instrumental landing, secondary radar, air traffic control systems, and training and simulation systems. He has more than 400 scientific papers. He has trained more than 100 doctors and candidates of sciences.
Zatuchny Dmitry Alexandrovich is Associate Professor, Cand.Sc. (engineering), Professor of Department of “Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks” of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is the Author of more than 130 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 5 textbooks, and 3 certificates of state registration of computer programs. He is responsible executor of a number of research works on the issues of ensuring the functioning of modern navigation means of civil aviation aircraft and air traffic control.
Zavalishin Oleg Ivanovich – is general director and chief designer of research, development and production «NPPF Spectr» LLC. He is the Author of more than 30 scientific works, including 12 patents of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property on inventions and useful models in the fields of radio engineering systems for satellite navigation, landing, and flight safety enhancement systems. He is general designer of the world's first certified two-constellations (GLONASS/GPS) satellite navigation and landing system (more than 120 stations commissioned), federal and regional GNSS Signal Monitoring Centers serving the interests of Civil Aviation (12 monitoring centers commissioned), satellite optical aircraft landing system; he is a specialist in the development and production of air navigation equipment, ground and onboard equipment for satellite systems, ground-based systems for the functional supplements of the global satellite navigation system, local differential systems, and landing radio technical equipment in Civil Aviation. He is Member of the Chief Designers Board of developers and manufacturers of navigation equipment (NAP) GNSS of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and Member of the Committee for International Cooperation in the fields of development and implementation of air navigation systems and equipment of the Union of Aviation Industrialists of Russia. He is Member of international working groups of EUROCONTROL LATO and IGWG FAA/EUROCONTROL.This book highlights the development of new methods for assessing and forecasting the state of various complex ageing systems in service; analyzing the influence of destabilizing factors on the accuracy of aircraft flight navigation support; and making recommendations on the ideal aircraft route, taking into consideration the available information on the reliability of the navigation and communication equipment.
