Has a PhD degree in education. He is the principal of Alexander Road High School in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. His current research focuses on the emotional intelligence of educators. He has co-authored several papers which were published in peer reviewed journals. Dr Manser has also presented papers at several international conferences. His seminar work in the field of education leadership and management is widely acclaimed. He is a sought after speaker and 'edutainer'. Has a PhD degree in education. His applied research activities focus on the need to develop the work-integrated learning competencies of school principals. In addition, Dr Dali's field of specialization includes emotional intelligence of principals, andragogy and humanizing pedagogy. Presently, he is a lecturer at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Publication of his research and presentation of papers at international conferences form an inherent part of his academic outputs.
