Iliyasu Mohammed BIU holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree in Public Administration and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) Degree both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He teaches Public Administration, Public Enterprise Management, Local Government Studies and Human Resource Management at the Gombe State University, Gombe, Nigeria.
