Chapter 7 Policy for developing cultural tourism in the Khmer Community in the Mekong Delta. Chapter 8 The development policy of traditional festival tourism in the Mekong Delta. Several policies were discussed to help improve the socioeconomic in the Mekong Delta.

Nguyen Chi Hai completed his Master's Degree in Political Science. Currently studying for a PhD, he is working in teaching and inquiry at An Giang University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
