Dr Megan O'Neill is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Social Science at the University of Dundee and an Associate Director of the Scottish Institute for Policing Research (SIPR). She was previously the Chair of the Policing Network of the British Society of Criminology. She has written extensively on key areas of policing research including police culture, stop and search, Black Police Associations, policing partnerships and community policing in the UK and Europe.
