The study is focused on liver targeting employing Piperine encapsulated biodegradable Chitosan microspheres to achieve prolonged, localize, onsite hepatoprotective potential via oral route. Amalgam of Piperine and biodegradable chitosan microspheres opened novel prospects againsty liver ailments. The current targeting strategy will enhanced the therapeutic efficiency at hepatic region with reduction in undesirable effects to the normal cells and proves as a boon for abolition of liver ailment.
