The ancient Indian science of life, Ayurveda has successfully thrived since its inception till today due to its strong foundation in the form of basic principles. The author, Dr. Vaibhav Dadu is an academician since last 08 years who was born and brought up at Indore (Western India). He pursued his graduation (BAMS) from the Devi Ahilya University, Indore and stood third in merit. He has been awarded 'Gold medal'in the post graduate course in 2007 from the Gujarat Ayurved University,Jamnagar,Gujarat.
