As co–founder of Advanced Communication Designs, Inc. she designed and conducted customized workshops on topics that included business writing, meeting planning, managing priorities, delegating, interpersonal communication, performance management, and making presentations. Working with a wide range of clients, she has developed facilitator′s guides, participant workbooks, and self–study materials and written and edited books, training materials, marketing materials, manuals and other documents.
