Dao Thanh Truong is Dean of the Faculty of Management Science and Director of the Institute of Policy and Management at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam. He has authored over 50 papers in domestic and international scientific journals, many monographs and references on policy and management studies, science, technology and innovation policies, and social mobility of S&T human resources.
