At the confluence of internal and international, past, present and perspective, the sole acceptable methods are those conferring realism and moderation. With the certainty of the durability of the fundamental conceptions, that can be shaped and adapted through the vectors of consistency, wisdom and balance. Next to each of these aspects, we could fit more explanations and even completions - according to the case. But, as the thorns of the rose are part of its beauty, so the difficulties impossible to overcome through simple or unequivocal solutions, complete and justify the approach to fully grasp the legislators words.
