A true story that will shock you. I own the now permanently closed Seddon Motor Camp. I believe they are known as Trailer Parks in the USA ] We purchased it and our home freehold without the need of a mortgage in March 1993 after Migrating to N.Z from the U.K in November 1992. The Seddon Motor Camp was set up in 1980 by the previous owners, who are / were new zealander's. Soon after we purchased the motor camp, the MDC - Marlborough District Council allowed a Vineyard to be put in opposite our home and camp. The north west wind is predominant so we get all the vineyard chemical sprays onto our home and motor camp business. In 2008 the N.Z Government body A.C.C - Accident Compensation Corporation deemed that I had been poisoned by the vineyard chemical sprays and pay me the sum of $35 NZD per week. I accepted this payment without Prejudice. To turn things around, if the vineyard had been here first and if I applied for permission to open up a motor camp business here, the MDC would have flatly turned me down, due to the vineyard chemical sprays and noise nuisance What the MDC did next was nothing short of evil, they opened their own motor camp up in seddon with the help of the local ratepayers group the Awatere Settlers Association ] namely the Awatere Motor Camp. It does not have resource consents, therefore it is illegal, and furthermore we as the owners of the private Seddon Motor Camp should have been officially notified of their intent. Our rates funded their new camp, how devious and evil can one get.. Official Crown Government and Lawyers Reports and letters as in my book prove my case. This unresolved family issue has been ongoing for eighteen years. My then young daughters never had a proper upbringing due to this issue. When my two daughters reached the ages of fifteen and seventeen, their mother had a nervous breakdown due to this issue and migrated to the USA. Hence my daughters havent seen their mother for ten years. In regards this issue I have emailed many important people over the years since 1996, most have not replied, some have replied with negativity. Here are some of the people that I have emailed about our issue. All M.Ps - Members of Parliament in N.Z and the U.K. All P.Ms - Prime Ministers in N.Z Jim Bolger. Jenny Shipley. Helen Clark. to the present P.M John Key. All N.Z Governor Generals to the present time. All N.Z Political Parties and their Leaders. The N.Z Human Rights Commission. The N.Z Ombudsman. All MDC Mayors and Councillors. Many Christian denominations. Many Law Firms. All N.Z QCs - Queens Councellors. The Queen of England and Prince Charles are also aware of my issue as letters by them are in my book. The only person in authority who tried to help us was the then Environment Minister Simon Upton, but he was 'shot down in flames' by the MDC lawyer and CEO. There isnt another Motor Camp in N.Z with a vineyard on its boundary. Mine is the only one..
