The goal of this intersectional handbook is to demonstrate that evolutionary psychology and behavioral endocrinology offer complementary perspectives for understanding and interpreting human psychology and behavior. Editors Welling and Shackelford want the research reviewed herein to help readers and investigators interested in behavioral endocrinology to approach empirical inquiry using the framework provided by evolutionary psychology. Recommended.
