Anderson, MD, is Chair of the Antibiotic Evaluation Team and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, at Duke University Medical Center. Kimberly E. Hanson, MD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, at University of Utah School of Medicine. Elizabeth S. Dodds Ashley, PharmD, is Associate Director for Clinical Pharmacy Services and Infectious Diseases Pharmacist at University of Rochester Medical Center. Estee Torok trained in Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology in Oxford. Prior to this she was a Clinical Research Fellow based at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit in Vietnam.
