Bill Gram is the leader of the Outcasts, a band of six Moon residents that handle 'clandestine' jobs on Earth. With Mars and Earth on the brink of war due to the Outcasts' failure to stop the plans of Hours, the alien leader of Earth, Gram and his team somberly return home.
