Pilgrim Warrior graduate Sandra Boston, MSW, M.Ed., has been self-employed doing work she loves for most of her adult life. She taught communication skills and conflict resolution for forty years based in Thomas Gordon's Parent Effectiveness Training, Gandhian nonviolence, Marshal Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, Arnold Mindell's Process Work, and Margaret Paul's Inner Bonding among many others. Sandra founded The Pilgrim Warrior Training in 1985, The Women's Leadership Institute in 1996, and The Conscious Communication Institute in 2000. Today she maintains a psychotherapy practice, and does board and staff trainings. She has worked internationally in Canada, Switzerland, Uganda and Russia. She has published a CD and songbook of 54 songs and chants for women's ritual. She is the author of a self-published book, Aiming Your Mind: Strategies and Skills for Conscious Communication as well as a teacher's manual.
