This research namely "Organizational Modeling on Social Sustainability" explores and analyzes the contemporary organizational literatures (2010 - 2015) to map out the key organizational models on social sustainability for organizational stakeholders. In the backdrop of less research on social sustainably with a spectrum of scattered and unorganized modeling addressing multifaceted issues for organizational stakeholders, the research contributes to advance the discourse of organizational research in the context of organizational modeling on social sustainability. Under the literature review research design, the type of data and analysis of this study is qualitative with high level of inductivity followed by systematic approaches of literature search, creation of literature base comprising of 70 articles thematically and thus analyzing the major 14 models from critical realist viewpoints. Finally, in the framework of mapping out the selected models, it discusses the core findings of the research by organizing the models which deals with multifaceted social sustainability aspects from leadership and organizational perspectives and revealing important patterns of the models critically.
