Jim Schnell, Ph.D. (Ohio University, 1982) is a Professor in the Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Ohio Dominican University. He retired from the U.S. Air Force (Reserve), at the rank of Colonel, after 30 years service in the military intelligence community. He served as an Air Attache to the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China.
