The biggest challenge facing organisations today is improving people management processes. And the work "Organisational Climate" is seen as one of the most efficient diagnostic tools in the area of people management, considering that adherence to the principles of healthy work environments prevents absenteeism and minimises the costs associated with high turnover, thus increasing productivity. From the study of thinkers such as Dejours and Chiavenato, it can be seen that organisations need to be vigilant when setting their objectives. Targets set in an unattainable reality aimed solely at profit are a factor that increases the feeling of frustration. People need subjective confirmation for their attitudes and behaviour in order to reinforce the goal of every being, which is to feel their existence and not just to exist. The result is the profit achieved by the organisation through the targets set without, however, disrespecting the subjectivity of each team member, thus safeguarding the employee's metal health.
